I know buying ethically can be hard. Where can I buy it? Is it affordable? How do I know if it’s ethical?

Here is my rule of thumb: If you are looking to buy something trendy, that you probably won’t wear 6 months from now – buy it from a fast fashion brand. If you are looking for a basic that you plan to wear for a couple years, invest in ethically conscious brand. Chances are it will become your favorite pair of jeans or shirt. Ethical brands tend to invest in high quality material, which means it will last longer and you can feel great knowing no one suffered in the making of your clothes.
