TIFF WU offers USPS shipping within the United States, which will take 3-7 business days to arrive after your order ships.

DOES TIFFWU.COM KEEP MY INFORMATION SECURE?

The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We do not store your credit card information anywhere on our own servers; your payment passes directly and securely through TIFF WU to our PCI-DSS-compliant service provider. We take all possible security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the shipment.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET HERE?

For our standard shipping, it will take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

 

WHAT MIGHT CAUSE MY ORDER TO BE DELAYED?

If the billing information you provided does not match the info your bank has on file (including address + telephone number), it’s likely to create a delay. Additionally, you may experience a delay if your shipping address is different from your billing address, or if you forgot to provide your exact apartment/unit number.

If you have not received word from us (via email) within 3 days of placing an order, you may want to check the “Spam” folder of your email account for any TIFF WU memos.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customers may return items for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged.

• If you wish to return an item. Email ninjas@tiffwu.com and we will help you process the return.

• If you request store credit when processing your return, we will issue the store credit within 2 business days after you place your return package in the mail.

• If you request a refund, please allow up to 30 days for it to be processed and the amount credited back to your original form of payment.

• If you purchased an item that is final sale, we are unable to offer a full refund or store credit on these items. All last call or final sale items that are sent back to TIFF WU will be subject to a $20 re-stocking fee.

 

CONDITIONS:

Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair. Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction.
